or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) "No Trespassing" signage written on tank.
2) Area around the tank well maintained. Tank accessible for inspection.
3) Tank appears to be structurally sound.
4) No septage spills noticed on the tank or on the ground. Bucket trash screener within detention tank appears to be
in use.
5) No objectionable odor or vector issues noticed.
6) No change noticed that would affect any of the setback distances.
7) Tank appears to be in use.
8) No violations noticed today.
