Proper lettering

1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 1HSHCAHROXH610115: NC tag YA137707
2 – Waste tank volume is 3500 gallons
3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger
than three inches on both sides of the truck
4 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely wielded to the frame
5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on access ports
6 – No evidence of leakage from the tank, valves or access ports
