Mr. Lambert,

The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has completed a review of the
document titled Post-Closure Maintenance Plan – Revision 01 (DIN 28430) for the above
referenced facility. The document was submitted on your behalf by S&ME, Inc. and was received
in the Asheville Regional Office on August 28, 2017.

Based on this review, the Section approves the Post-Closure Maintenance Plan for the above
referenced facility. The Post-Closure Maintenance Plan is now part of the approved plan for the
facility. Please note, given this is a closed facility, a Permit will not be issued with a revised List
of Documents for the Approved Plan. However, the Approved Plan will still be utilized for
purposes of inspection and compliance.
