Mr. Champion,

The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has completed a review of the
document titled Post-Closure Care Plan (DIN 28397) for the above referenced facility. The
document was submitted on your behalf by Joyce Engineering and was received in the Asheville
Regional Office on August 14, 2017.

Based on this review, the Section approves the Post-Closure Care Plan for the above referenced
facility. The Post-Closure Care Plan is now part of the approved plan for the facility. Please note,
given this is a closed facility, a Permit will not be issued with a revised List of Documents for the
Approved Plan. However, the Approved Plan will still be utilized for purposes of inspection and
compliance.
