such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Proper signage showing shared SDTF Recently cut application field still without crop

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate
4 – No signs of recent septage discharges. Received complaint of mismanagement of site on 08-29-2017 and tried
contacting at 10:35 am on 08-30-2017 but no answer. Application field is in process of being surveyed for sale as soon
as close out can be accomplished
5 – No signs of proper crop rotation in fields and can’t apply unless crop has been established. Field has not been in use
6 – No objectionable odors noted
7 – Setbacks seem compliant
