The Solid Waste Section approves the permit application (DIN 28412) to continued operation of the Phases 1 &
2 and to construct the Phases 3 through 5 of the Washington County C&DLF, Permit # 9404-CDLF-1996 and
hereby issues Washington County the life-of-site Permit Approval To Operate (PTO) and Construct (PTC) for
the C&DLF according to NCGS 130A-294a(2). The electronic copy of the PTC & PTO is attached to this e-
mail message, and you will not receive the hard copy of the permit and the approved document which can be
found and downloaded from the Laserfiche in the following web link
