The Solid Waste Section approves the permit application (DIN 27909, 28228 & 28229) to continued operation
of the Greene County C&DLF, Permit # 4002-CDLF-1997 and issues Greene County the life-of-site Permit
Approval To Operate (PTO) for Phases 1 & 2 of the C&DLF according to NCGS 130A-294a(2). The electronic
copy of the PTO is attached to this e-mail message, and you will not receive the hard copy of the permit and the
approved documents which can be found and downloaded from the Laserfiche in the following web link
