PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT:
Partial Comprehensive Compliance Inspection of a Large Type IV Compost Facility.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
1 - Facility has signage with required information.
2 - The access road is constructed of all-weather material.
3 - Windrows dimensions meet permit conditions of a maximum of 8 feet in height and 18 feet in width.
4 - The leachate pond had been pumped down before this facility inspection.
5 - Minimal odors were noted during this facility inspection.
6 - Records are kept in three ring binders and were available for review.
7 - Facility has purchased a new grinder.
8 - All finished compost is land applied.
9 - Overall site appears to be managed well.
10 - Digital pictures taken during this facility compliance inspection.
