Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The facility consists of three above-ground 1,550 gallon plastic tanks for a total capacity of 4,650 gallons for the storage of domestic septage and portable toilet waste. SDTF-18-04 2. Access to the tanks was maintained. 3. Each tank was posted with a ‘No Trespassing” sign. 4. No septage odors were detected near the tanks and at the site. 5. Vectors appeared to be effectively controlled. 6. The area around the tanks was well maintained and allowed for inspection. 7. There were no septage leaks or spills observed at the facility. 8. No one other than the permittee or an employee of B-Line Portable Restroom Rentals, Inc. may discharge septage at this detention facility.
