ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Proper signage Field has harvested millet among Bermuda

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – Markers could not be located. Permit shows field following tree line
4 – Septage discharges appear to be within boundaries of the tree line
5 – Applications appear to be in compliance
6 – Crops are present according to the nutrient management plan with the addition of millet. In 2015 an amendment
was done to allow millet but should have only been a change for one year unless a new plan was written
7 – No objectionable odors noted
8 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance
