Please contact Ervin Lane at: ervin.lane@ncdenr.gov or (919-707-8288) to discuss a plan of action. No liquid has left the site. May need to put a berm around this area of concern to ensure nothing leaves the site. 6 – The landfill has good cover but has a berm around the top with surface water drain lines. One area on the Northwest side is holding water on the top. This could cause an issue. Please correct this area. No water should be ponded on the top.
