or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Removed tank, will need permit modification Structurally sound 31,500 gallon tank

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Tanks are accessible for inspection
3 – Removed previously noted leaking 6,500 gallon tank. Replace sight glass on 6,500 gallon tank closest to office, all
other tanks structurally sound. Inform Raleigh of any relocation of tanks
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner. No signs of spills
5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance
7 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
