FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Noted a lot of clover, weeds & vegetation other than fescue on both fields. Weed control needed. Repair the fescue this fall as needed per the approved plan. 2. No sign of recent application. No odors noted. 3. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No sign of heavy application. 4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 5. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but setbacks were not measured at this time. Field markers appear adequate on both disposal fields. 6. Discussed with Mr. Strickland that a 50 foot buffer is required between a disposal field and any neighboring crop used for human consumption.
