Thank you for submitting a revised updated site plan with profile cross‐sections for the North Cell (attached) showing
locations and elevations of test pits, proposed base grade elevations, and seasonal high groundwater table
separation. The Section approves the updated grading plan for the and Key Properties is free to proceed with
excavation grading in preparation of receiving waste.
NOTE: Prior to receiving any waste into the newly constructed North Cell, Key Properties must submit written
certification from a registered PE certifying the waste disposal unit has been constructed in accordance with approved
plans. These requirements are contained in the Key Properties Permit to Operate Attachment 2, Part I, Item #3.
