ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. No change in the two permitted tanks, both appear structurally sound and are within a concrete containment
area. These two tanks are used to store grease trap waste/kitchen waste.
2. No spills or leaks noted. It appears that septage is being transferred to and from the facility in a safe and sanitary
manner.
3. The approved setbacks are being met.
4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
5. Discussed maintaining the required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation) around the tank area/concrete
wall.
