Dear Mr. Vail, 

The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the Notification of 
Relocation of Proposed Monitoring Wells MW‐18 through MW‐22 (DIN 28187) submitted on your behalf 
by SCS Engineers, PC on July 10, 2017.  The Section concurs with the relocation of these wells.  The 
facility shall submit the boring logs and well construction records upon completion of the well 
installations.  In addition, submit a revised Figure 2‐Water Quality Environmental Monitoring System 
from the Water Quality Monitoring Plan Landfill Phases 1 Through 5 indicating the new proposed well 
locations.
