Dear Mr. Warren:
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality {NCDEQ} is in receipt of the Brownfields
Property Application (BPA) submitted on behalf of Belton Street Partners, LLC, as Prospective
Developer, seeking entry into the North Carolina brownfields program. Your application will be reviewed
as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible.
NCDEQ is also in receipt of the expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00 {Check Number 1216} from
Beauxwright, LLC, for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be deposited immediately, but
if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will be issued upon written request.
There will be a $25.00 processing fee assessed on all returned checks. Thank you for your interest
in the Brownfields Program.
