such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

3 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No signs of leaks
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner
5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not checked at that time
7 – Septage had been emptied for transfer of ownership to Joshua Rochelle as of 07-01-2017
