or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Tanks are accessible for inspection
3 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner
5 – No objectionable odors or vector problems noted
6 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not measured at that time
7 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner. Owner has two tanks about half full but is in the process of
closing out permit. Discussed several options
