enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) The septage detention tank has "No Trespassing" written on it.
2) Area around the tank maintained so that the tank can be inspected for issues. Thank you.
3) Tank appears to be structurally sound.
4) No septage spills noticed on the tank or on the ground.
5) No objectionable odor or vector issues noticed.
6) No change noticed that would affect any of the setback distances.
7) Septage present in tank. Tank appears to be in use.
8) No violations noticed today.
