WQ Monitoring Plan (revised May 2017)  Revise the table contained in the WQ plan Appendix to bring up to date (see attached table for requested revisions) LFG Monitoring Plan (revised June 2016)  Since the time of our initial review, the Section has an updated LFG data form (rev March 2017). Add the attached LFG monitoring data form to Appendix A of the LFG plan. Other  Please add the appropriate professional stamp to the title page of each monitoring plan. The plan documents are to be stand‐alone documents included as attachments or appendices in the permit application.
