Upon a final review of the Water Quality Monitoring Plan (Appendix D) and LFG Monitoring Plan (Appendix G) submitted 
with the revised May 2017 application for the CDLF, I have a few minor comments to be addressed before approving: 

LFG Monitoring Plan 
 Add the attached LFG Monitoring Data form (revised – March 6, 2017) to be filled out for each LFG monitoring 
event. 

WQ Monitoring Plan 
 Appendix I ‐ Tables 1A and 1B: Update the detection monitoring & sampling locations tables to reflect changes 
since 2007 (see attached).  
 Appendix II ‐ Sample Location Maps: Replace maps in the 2007 doc with better and clearer maps contained in 
the semi‐annual monitoring reports (see attached with well locations highlighted in red).

Convert % CH4 (by volume) to % LEL as follows: % methane (by volume)/20 = % LEL. *Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) gas monitoring may be required for Construction & Demolition Landfills (CDLFs). See
