I have forwarded a hard copy, to you via us postal service (being mailed today), for your records. The only change made to this document is highlighted in Section 1.1 which indicate: “The Transfer Station provides a mechanism for transferring and transporting MSW generated within the service area to the Randolph County Landfill (Permit No. 7607) located at 1254 County Land Road, Randleman, North Carolina or another NDEQ permitted facility approved to accept municipal solid waste.” This slight modification to the Operations Plan should provide you with the needed clarification that you requested during your recent site inspection.
