such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Proper signage at entrance Marked tree at outer edge of field numbering each lane

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – More markers needed to indicate 500’ setback from nearby house as noted on previous inspection
4 – Septage discharges all appear to be with permitted boundaries
5 – Applicatons appear to be in compliance with recent use
6 – Crops are present. Some felled trees in lanes that need to be removed and continue undergrowth work
7 – No objectionable odors or vectors noted
8 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not measured at that time
