Signage for SLAS-82-14 and SDTF-82-14 Uncapped hose on ground

1 – Site shares proper signage with SLAS-82-14
2 – Tanks are accessible for inspection
3 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound
4 – Small amount of septage where transfer hose lays on ground
5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not measured at that time
7 – Septage appears to be used in a timely manner
