ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1 – Site has adequate signage posted at entrance. Site is secured by a locked cable.
2 – This facility is to receive land clearing and inert debris for disposal only. Only LCID waste noted onsite.
3 - Property lines and LCID Notified landfill waste boundaries are to be clearly identified by permanent markers. Permanent
markers still need to be installed. This was noted in the June 15, 2016 inspection.
4 – Now has adequate cover and a stockpile of cover material onsite.
5 – Notified Mr. Colbert of inspection by telephone. He could not attend due to he was out of town.

such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
