or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle, tag#YA131892, 2,500 gallons, VIN 7H503277. The tank appears structurally sound and
securely attached. The outlet covers were on and no drips or leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both
sides of this vehicle. This vehicle is in compliance.
2. With this new vehicle Stallings Septic Service is currently running three vehicles. The other two vehicles were
not inspected at this time. Tag#YA011062 previously listed on the firm application submitted in December
2016 is no longer in service.
3. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time. Please ensure that the required information for the truck pumping log
is being maintained.
