Hello Larry,
My co‐worker, Aaron Caudle, visited the site at 217 W. 24th Street, today, and observed that Russo has totally vacated
the site. We will document the visit for the record, and I will reach out to Bob Weeks concerning his intentions.
Regards,

Subject: 6026 Russo
Last fall the Section was notified that the property leased to Russo had been sold and the new owners did not think the
lease would be renewed on 1/1/2017.
Russo informed me he had purchased a retail space and was considering a new permit (new site), and would keep us
informed. I have heard nothing since.
Will you run by the permitted site and see if it is operational. If Russo’s no longer on the site I intend on making the
permit inactive and requiring a new permit for any future solid waste activity at the site.
And at some point you might want to see if you can find his retail space and inquire as to what he’s doing with the
property.
