On May 18, 2017, the Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) received
Charlotte-Douglas International Airport’s (CLT) request;
Request to Rescind Permit No. 6032-TRANSFER-2014. Prepared by CLT. May 2017. DIN
27787.
The Section has reviewed CLT’s request and has placed 6032-TRANSFER-2014 in an
inactive/closed status. In the future, should the nature of this facility’s activities require a solid
waste permit a complete new permit application, associated permitting fee and permit issued by
the Section will be required prior to commencement of operations. All documents referenced in
