The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received
an electronic submittal of the revised Sub-Slab Depressurization Design dated May 18, 2017 for the above referenced property. This plan was submitted in accordance with the DEQ request and draft land
use restriction number 15.g in Exhibit A of the Notice of Brownfields Property. DEQ approves the sub-
slab depressurization system (SSD).
Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities. If you have questions
