As discussed via phone conversation on May 17, 2017, Duke Energy received approval for modifications to the erosion and sedimentation control plan for the Marshall Steam Station Industrial Landfill No. 1
Cells 3 and 4 construction (CATAW-2017-007). As required in Attachment 2, Part 1, Item 18 of the
Permit to Construct (1812-INDUS-2008, Duke Energy Marshall Steam Station, Phase I – Cells 3 and 4), the letter of approval for the modification is attached.
