administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Tank under the payment in parking lot to the south of the store. A “No Trespassing” sign was not seen.
2) Tank in the ground under parking lot. Tank not visible. Manhole covers present. Edson Marine Wash
Down Station and alarm panel in the median between the store parking lot and North Point Road.
3) No septage noticed around the tank area.
4) No objectionable odors or vector problems noticed.
5) Try to GPS’s tank area. Could not get a signal.
