such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate
4 – Septage discharges all to be within permitted boundaries
5 – Applications appear to be in compliance
6 – Crops are present and appear in good condition according to the nutrient management plan
7 – No objectionable odors or vectors noted
8 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not measure at that time
9 – Some vegetation in the 5’ required radius needs some attention
