such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – No apparent sign of recent application
4 – No objectionable odors noted
5 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance; not measured at that time
6 – Crops were present and according to the nutrient management plan
7 – Some markers present along with fence delineating other field boundaries
8 – Soil samples taken, check collected
9 – Paperwork sent to Raleigh office asking to inactivate all 6 fields
