The Solid Waste Section has reviewed the Gravity Groundwater Intercept Cell 10-Final Report (DIN
27693) at the Sampson County Disposal, LLC Landfill submitted on your behalf by Smith Gardner, Inc. on
April 27, 2017. The proposed base grades comply with the four-foot vertical separation requirement as
stated in 15A NCAC 13B .1624 (b)(4). The facility may begin construction of Cell 10.
