enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Old tanks have been replaced with three 20,000 gallon tanks. Submit modification to permit with Raleigh
3 – Tanks are accessible for inspections
4 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound
5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setbacks will need to be verified with the permit modification; not measured at that time
7 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
