Clarification of Yard Waste Processing Area Location

Donna:

On behalf of Johnston County, attached is a revised Figure 1 from the facility
operations manual which shows the full extent of the area used for yard waste
processing at the Johnston County Landfill Facility. The area to the west of the haul
road was inadvertently left off of the drawing during the most recent permitting
process. Based on last month’s (June 23rd) inspection, Mary Whaley had requested
that this area be shown on this drawing. The County intends to update their copies of
the operations manual to include this revised drawing. Please let me know if you
have any questions or require any additional information.
