or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The required sign is faded and needs replaced. This was noted on the last audit of 10/18/2016.
2. The tank appears structurally sound.
3. No sign of activity. No spills or leaks noted. No vectors or odors.
4. The approved setbacks are being met. The access road is adequate.
5. The required 5’ cleared radius is present around the tank at this time.
6. This office has received the renewal application for this permit. Permit review in progress.
