Inspector Comments
Met with store manager, Mr. Rodney Hatley (cell - 704-467-5434; rdhatle.s01666.us@wal-mart.com). Mr. Hatley was informed that the property
currently has a recorded brownfields agreement, which includes restrictions to property use, and that the inspection was being preformed due to
failure to submit the annual LURU for 2014. The sub-slab vapor monitoring system was photographed to document the current sub-slab
pressure. However, it was not observed whether exhaust fans were currently functioning due to lack of knowing the exact location of the venting
lines. Additional e-mail correspondences between Ms. Tiffany Burnett, Senior Mgr. I Walmart Realty, and myself has been ongoing to help
facilitate LURU submittals for multiple store locations by Walmart. Pressure readings from the sub-slab monitoring system are as follows (see
photos):

where 1 wc = (0.036 psi).
