The decals or lettering shall include the name, town name, phone number, and septage management firm permit number. All decals or lettering on the pumper vehicle shall be no less than three inches in height and plainly visible. Identification shall be permanently attached (no removable signs). Inspected new vehicle - tag#YA131886, VIN 1FVHC5CV88HZ77516, 4000 gallons. The town name (Raleigh), phone number and firm name are less than the required 3 inches in height for all numbers & letters. Correct the lettering on both sides of this vehicle in regards to the town name, phone number and firm name. The permit number is the correct height. This new vehicle shall not be used for septage pump jobs until brought into compliance with all lettering. Also inspected an older vehicle – tag#YA125504. The town name (Raleigh) has letters less than the required three inches. Correct the town name on both sides of this vehicle. Also noted a slight drip at the outlet of this vehicle – repair as needed. Correct the lettering on both vehicles as needed and submit photos displaying the corrective actions. The Raleigh office has received the additional $250 for the second pump truck. 2. The tank appeared structurally sound on both vehicles and securely attached. 3. Outlet covers were on. A slight drip was noted at the outlet of vehicle #YA125504. 4. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
