ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Noted a small septage spill which went over the containment wall at the back – clean up the spill area and
properly dispose of the grease waste.
2. It was noted that the amount of liquid & residuals on the floor of the concrete containment area was
significantly reduced at the time of this visit. Continue efforts to routinely clean this area. Regular cleaning
should also occur within the building – substantial amount of waste on the floors & other surfaces within the
building. Septage shall be transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner.
3. Secure the “No Trespassing” sign on the front fence – barely attached during this visit.
4. The approved setbacks are being met. No apparent physical change in facility except that changes were made in
the yellow grease unloading area.
5. The septage tanks appear structurally sound.
6. Maintain the required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation) around the facility in the coming warm
months.
