enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Required signage present.
2) Area around the tank well maintained. Easy to inspect tanks for issues.
3) Inspected 2 tanks. Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4) No septage spills noticed on the tank or on the ground.
5) No objectionable odor or vector issues noticed today.
6) No change noticed that would affect any of the setback distances.
7) Tanks do not appear to be in use.
8) No violations noticed today.
