A gate was located at the entrance to the landfill to prevent unauthorized access. The gate was closed and locked upon arrival. 2. The landfill was stabilized with native vegetation. 3. Edge of waste markers were in place. 4. No significant settling was observed on the landfill cap. 5. No standing water was observed on the landfill cap. 6. The previous inspection found brush growing on the northeastern slope of the landfill at slope drain outlets. It was requested that brush and woody vegetation be removed. This inspection found that all woody vegetation and brush had been removed as requested. An area near the northeastern corner had been seeded with some germination of seed. Continue to monitor all vegetative growth to ensure the establishment of a groundcover sufficient to restrain erosion. 7. Semiannual groundwater monitoring is conducted with sampling events for the Blackburn Resource Recovery Facility (Permit #18-03).
