The building is currently occupied by Action Service Company. ASC is a plumbing company.
Brick exterior with a custom interior wall construction. Metal bay doors, windows, wood and/or metal
interior doors. One-story building with a steel frame.
Spread footing foundation and is slab-on-grade. Interior floor cover includes sheet vinyl/laminate and hard tile.
Heat is gas and is forced air ducted. Central AC. Source of air return is duct system.
