1. The inspection was conducted at Rhino Linings, 318 Rutledge Road, Fletcher, Buncombe County.
2. The following firm truck was inspected:

Photo taken by Troy Harrison on 4/12/2017 3. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The trucks were properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.

6. No leaks were observed.
