The request concerns revisions to the approved Construction Quality Assurance Plan (CQA) for
cells 3 and 4 of the industrial landfill, Permit No. 1812-INDUS-2008. The Section has reviewed
the requested revisions and hereby approves of the revisions to the CQA Plan, as presented in the
request referenced above.
