Carolina Brownfields Program are required to pay an initial fee. Please include a copy of this
letter with your payment and/or list the Invoice number above on the check for identification
purposes. Make check payable to “NCDEQ - Brownfields” and send to: NCDEQ - Brownfields Program 1646 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1646
Once we receive payment of this fee, we will continue negotiations toward finalizing the Brownfields Agreement. At that time, the final payment will become due. There will be a $25.00 processing fee assessed on all returned checks. Thank you for your prompt attention to
