No recent or heavy applications noted. No apparent odors. 3. It appears that no land application is occurring outside the permitted boundaries. Field markers appear accurate. However did not drive over the entire site due to recent rains and setbacks were not measured at this time. 4. Please ensure all setbacks are maintained and that field markers are present. Field 2 has a 500’ setback to the house on the west side, a 450’ setback to the well on the south east side and a 50’ setback to the property lines on both the south and east sides. Field 1 has a 50’ setback to the property lines on the east and west sides. Field 1 also has a 100’ setback to the trailer on the north side that was previously occupied by Wallace Moore, one of the permit holders. The Solid Waste Section shall determine how to address the appropriate setback requirements at this location in the future. 5.
