LCID-2000, which approves the continued operation of the facility. The approved application
including operation plan is also enclosed (DIN 27554).

In general, the facility permit does not reiterate permit conditions which are included in the Solid
Waste Management Rules, 15A NCAC 13B, nor does it restate specific conditions which are
included within the approved plans. Please review the conditions of the permit thoroughly.
