AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) Required signage present as you enter the site. Sign bent (see picture below). Please straighten back
up.
2) The access road is in good shape.
3) Most markers present. Not sure about the markers for Field 1.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries for the fields. No recent discharges
noticed.
5) No application issues noticed. No evidence of any recent applications noticed.
6) No small grain cover crop noticed today on any of the fields (see pictures below). Your nutrient
management plan has that ryegrass or cereal rye will be planted by November 1st. Understand
that you need the winter cover crop in order to apply septage on the fields this winter.
Broadleaf weed control is also needed.
A hole had developed within Field 2 (see picture below). Hole needs to be filled in.
7) No application at time of inspection. Septage pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) No change noticed with the setbacks.
10) Records not checked today.
11) I collected a composite soil sample from each of the three fields.
Sign is bent. Please straighten back up. Picture of Field 3. No small grain cover crop
present. Also, weed control is needed.
